Registration with Wide Scope Solution is necessary for all candidates before any consideration. Wide Scope Solution does not guarantee arranging interviews or providing a job within a specified period. Short-listing and calling a candidate for an interview is solely at the discretion of Wide Scope Solution.
Wide Scope Solution does not interfere in any selection process as this is strictly between the Employer and the Candidate.
Before selection, neither the company nor any candidate should contact each other directly.
All discussions regarding timing, roles, responsibilities, and payroll are strictly between the candidate and the company. Wide Scope Solution does not intervene but must be informed.
If a candidate is selected through Wide Scope Solution's reference or recommendation, they must inform us and provide a copy of the appointment letter for our records.
If a candidate is recruited for a job through Wide Scope Solution, they will be solely an employee of the concerning organization, and Wide Scope Solution will not be responsible for any legal, dispute, or other matters between the candidate and the organization.
